Golden Plains Festival – Music in the Bushlands

The Golden Plains Festival is a three day fest and is held in Victoria. The location is a private farmland far away from the hustle of a metropolitan city. In fact, the nearest city is Melbourne which is approximately 90 km away. Someone who has attended this festival in the past will say that it is held in a bushland. Interestingly, the center stage for the event itself is a natural stage. Guests and visitors who come to see the performance are provided accommodation in vans and tents.image

If I talk about the surrounding areas, it is absolutely beautiful. The sunset is breathtaking. Unlike other rock shows, there is only one stage here . It has been done so to concentrate the complete attention of the public at one location only. imageAnother interesting characteristic of this festival is that it has no commercial propaganda attached to it. This means that there are no sponsors and no advertisings (Someone should write a paper writing help essay on how the management manages to meet the expenses). Alcohol is not served around the center stage area. However, the guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol (only in plastic cans). Further, lighting fires is not permitted which usually means that food has to be bought from the vendors who set up their stalls around the stage.

Some of the artists who have played here in the past include The Slits, Yo La Tengo, The Vines, The Dirtbombs etc. . These are few of those bands on which everyone would love to use thesis writers.
